This is my last post for today! This card is for the Compendium of Curiosities 2, Challenge 21-Blended stains at Studio L3. You can find the technique on page 45 of Tim Holtz Compendium of Curiosities book 2. Once I did the background as per Tim, it was die cut and the sentiment added and the faux stitching. Then stamped and coloured the flowers with the same distress stains used on the background (fired brick, mustard seed, rusty hinge and peeled paint. This challenge is sponsored by Simon Says Stamp.
Ok my floor still looks like a mess but I did manage to clear a tiny space. Another plus is that I am another card to add to my stash for Cat Protection. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
