Grungy background


 
Like a lot of you crafters, I love making my own background papers. If my project is not made almost completely by hand I feel that I have cheated, this is only my personal feeling. With it snowing outside, it was a great time to have a play. Started with a piece of orange card and three ink colours and several stamps and the background above was created. It's hard to take a good photo in these dull conditions. Below is what I made with the background. 
This is going in my every growing pile of cards for the Cat Protection shop in Cambridge.  Still hoping my golf match tomorrow will be on but just have to wait and see. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and keep warm and safe.

  5. Great background and card - good use of a day indoors. You wouldn't get a game of golf round here - we've had at least 6 inches today and Leo will not go out in it.
