Mixed media project

It's a friend's birthday over the weekend and I made this for her. I used various colours of metallic inks and bead paste for the background and for colouring the grunge board shapes. Also used hot fixed gems on the crown. It took a few days to make but I am really please with it, must admit it looks better in real life.
Skipper
Skipper is continuing to improve daily, she has even used the stairs now, which she had not done in two weeks. We are hopeful she will be back to her old self soon. Thank you for all your lovely comments and purrs for her.

God Bless.

Beautiful Mixed Media art, love the blue and textures. Great to read that Skipper is doing much better, it's funny the vets don't know what caused the problem. Archie needs more dental surgery, he won't have too many teeth left - he suffers from resorption of the teeth. The pre-operation bloodwork was done while I was at the clinic with him yesterday but his surgery won't be until early June. His blood work shows early signs of a Kidney problem so I'm worried about him. I wish our fur family members lived so much longer. Take care xx
