Sewing project

(updated photo with the top-stitching, much better)

Finally got around to making my own microwave bowl potholder. Saw this tutorial on Syzygy of Me blog a few weeks ago and knew I had to try it. Bought my 100% cotton batting from Amazon as it was not easy to find.

Update on Skipper
She is doing really well and want's so desperately to go out again but until she has her boosters and flea shot she is grounded. After the 12th August she can go out as much as she likes.
Thank you for all the kind words and thoughts for her.

God Bless.

Wow, what a pretty potholder! I love the colors and pattern of fabric very much. What a delightful item for the kitchen :-)
So glad Skipper is doing well. She will be really happy after the 12th, when she can go out as much as she wants!
