Time for some fun on a Ferris Wheel! With the better weather coming some of us might get a chance to go on one of these soon. This latest digital stamp set by Beccy Muir is called 'Ferris Wheel'.
You can find out what the rest of the design team have created by visiting Beccy's Place Blog.
For my first project (image above) I decided to alter the cover of one of my sketch books. I will be using it outdoors so thought it was best to make it look good.
Decided that the Ferris Wheel image was going to fit on an ATC size topper so printed it out to fit that size of card. The image was coloured with alcohol markers and the background with high-low acrylic paints. The background of the ATC was also coloured with the acrylic paints. The cover was first stencilled with left design in silver paint. It was then stamped with a swirl in gold. Then modelling paste was added through a stencil and glimmer powder on top as it was wet. Once dried the topper with the image was added to the cover.
For the second project I made this card. The image of the Ferris Wheel from the digital set was printed onto white card. The image was coloured with alcohol markers and then sprayed with glimmer mist. The image was die cut and layered onto silver mirri card. The sentiment is from the 'Ferris Wheel' digital set as well.
Have a great day.
