Make a Wish set

Time to show you the projects that were created using the new digital stamp set from Beccy's Place designs. This digital stamp set is called 'Make a Wish' , it comes with  both black and white and coloured images. You also get sentiments with the set which makes it great value. Beccy's images are stunning and you really do get great value with her digital sets.
For those who don't know Beccy Muir started by sharing all her images for free. She is a truly talented and generous human being.

Today I am sharing two of the cards I created with this set but have more to share later in the week. Started by printing one of the  images from the 'Make a Wish' set , onto watercolour paper (from The Works) and then colouring it with watercolour pencils. The image was then fussy cut. Added it to a background make on the Gelli press with acrylic paints. Added the sentiment to finish the card.

This second card was make by taking one of the images and printing it several times and then coloured them with Derwent Inktense pencils. The background was make using the Gelli press and Golden fluid acrylic paints.

Thank you for your visit.

"May your cake layers be many" is such a fabulous sentiment that really conveys one's wish for positivity and abundance for their recipient. Love it!

You have a wonderful eye for color and composition! I love the tension you create between the olive background and that mauve cake! Very nicely and skillfully done!
