Making more backgrounds

We have been having some wonderful weather so I have been on the golf course almost every day this week. Did find a little time yesterday to have a play with my stash. Both pieces of card started as pure white and then inks, panpastels, embossing powders, stamps, masks and glimmer  sprays were added to both. I used the one on the left to created the card (central panel) and the bookmark. The background on the card was done by taking adding three colours of dye ink to the stamp and then misting it with water before stamping. Really pleased with the background and hope to use the green on soon.  Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the sunshine.

For me, there is nothing more fun to do than to make backgrounds. Yours are superb and look wonderful in the beautiful cards you created. Thanks for the well wishes for my son and his broken leg. He will be out of work for some time, I guess.
