Orange and blue!

Made this card today for a friend who's birthday is very soon. She likes bright colours so I hope she will like this combination. The background (orange) card was made using Panpastel and sprayed with glimmer mist. The flowers and leaves were die cut from card that was coloured with glimmer mists. The dies used in this projects are Lea'bilities (frame oval curves) and Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations (Tattered floral Garland) decorative strip.

These are my first courgettes of the season, they are a bit small but taste great. The green ones are round courgettes, I prefer these round ones to the normal ones. I have them in the green house and conservatory so they are doing really well. I am hopeful  that this year will bring a better crop. My tomato plants have tiny ones on them already!
Thanks for your visit and have a wonderful day.

Love your card, Anesha! Beautiful flowers and your inlaid die technique is wonderful! The colors are outstanding. TY for sharing what you call your squashes in the UK. I love culture and what we can learn from others. Thank you for your comment on my blog. I just added two polls to the sidebar you may find interesting. Thank you for your input if it can visit! Hugs,
Beautiful card, the colours are fantastic. Amazing that you have veggies already growing? Maybe you have a greenhouse, but you do have milder climate that we do here. Have a great weekend, hugs to Skipper, Shirleyx
