Playing with masks and published!

It's been a while since I really experimented with my crafting stash. So after getting rather wet on the golf course yesterday, I came home and had a play with my masks, inks, sprays and stamps. I stared with a nice white piece of card and then used two masks and different colours of ink for the first layers. The sprayed it with glimmer mist and let it dry. Then used various stamps and inks to over stamp the mask patterns. Must admit I am really please with how it turned out, but sorry the photos don't do it justice. The image on the card was coloured with water colours after it was heat embossed.  It's good to experiment, you just never know what will happen.

Had a lovely surprise this morning, RubberStampMadness Summer 2014 issue (American magazine)  dropped through my door. Inside was this piece featuring my card!!! It is so exciting.
