Card one

card two

As promised here are the two other cards made with the beautiful Geums stamp set by Beccy Muir. I so admire Beccy Muir's drawing skills, just wonderful!

For card one, I used the main Geum image for the Geums set. The image was stamped and embossed with white embossing powder. Water colours were used to colouring in the image. It is very different from the card for yesterday and the second card for today. It shows how versatile this Geums stamps set can be.

The second card today was a bit more involved to create. The background was made first using the single flower head stamps and one of the sentiment from the Geums set. I used two different shades of dye ink. Once dried I used a die to cut a patter into the middle of the card. The main flower image from the Geums set was stamped and coloured with pencils and cut out. Various dies were used to make the bow and layers for the sentiment.

Hope that my creations have inspired you to at least take a look at Beccy's Blog to see what the rest of the DT have created with this Geums set.
