Blooming Tools

A new month which means time for some new released from Beccy Muir. This first set of photopolymer stamps is called 'Blooming Tools' and is perfect for any male or female who enjoy a bit of DIY. 

As you can see I made three very different cards with my 'Blooming Tools' stamp set. I am certain you can find may other ways to used them. You will find more inspiration for the rest of the design team on Beccy's Place Blog. There is also a monthly competition on the blog and a free digital stamp.

My first card above began with stamping the larger image from the Blooming Tools set onto white card and cut out with a die. The image was then coloured with alcohol markers and pencils. The background was made using Brushos, paste, paint and stamps. The card shape was made using a Tattered lace die. 

The second card started with the background. Used several colours of Brusho crystals and once dried stamped images from 'Blooming Tools' set, with black and gold ink. The main image was stamped and coloured with alcohol markers and a bit of pencil. 

This third card was the simplest of the lot. The background was made by spraying with green and blue glimmer mist and letting it dry. Once dried I stamped one of the images from the 'Blooming Tools' set all over and cut out an aperture. Stamped and coloured the same image from the 'Blooming Tools' stamp set as the main focal point of the card. 

For those in the UK the cost of shipping from Australia is not very much and the stamps do arrived very quickly. (My personal view)
