Current favourite stamp!

When I say the Stamping Sensations theme for August : Use your current favourite stamp, I just had to have a play. For months I have had my eye on this adorable set of cat stamps from Katzelkraft  and finally bought it. It is without doubt by current favourite stamp!!!

It all stared with stamping and cutting out the image then colouring. The background was made by using a water colour marker over the surface of a background stamp and misting with water and then stamped and left to dry. Then various stamps and stencils were used to add interest to the background. Finally the words were stamped in black ink . The texture on the book cover was done by using a stencil and two colours of acrylic paints.

That's one of my favourite stamp sets too although the grumpy one is my favourite from the set. I love the way you've positioned the sentiment to look as if the cat is shouting it! Gorgeous card.

A super background Anesha, always love the blue green colour combo and your cat stamp is such fun, many thanks for sharing a favourite stamp with us at Stamping Sensations challenge, lovely to have you join in.

Much cooler today so hope Skipper finds it easier to cope with. Our girls have certainly struggled with the intense heat, specially little Poppy who has been in hopsital for a few days.
