Bit of zing for your day

You would think that taking a photo of a painting was easy but I seem to struggle with this simple task!  This is my latest canvas using Sennelier oil pastels. I do love how creamy these pastels are and they blend beautifully.  My plan is to do three painting for my kitchen, the pepper was the first. Not sure what fruit or veg to do for the third one as yet.

Skipper is improving, she had antibiotics and steroids which seem to be working.  She is still keeping us on ours toes. lol

Loving the bold and vibrant colours Anesha. Pleased to hear Skipper's meds are working, Daisy is improving as well, had another check up this morning, as you say they keep us on our toes.

It's bringing back memories of my lovely holiday to Sorrento. There were so many lemons/lemony things there.

I struggle to take a decent photo of my work, too. It is all about getting the light right. This is a beautiful painting, though. Very vibrant colours.

A beautiful study, your oil pastel canvas is wonderful. The light can play many tricks on us when trying to photograph artwork, you did fine.
Happy PPF Tracey.
