Got a co-workers birthday soon and I decided to decorate a t-shirt for him. The last one I did he liked so hope he will like this one also. The puppy and leaves are screen printed with black ink. the splats are done with a stencil and gray glitter paint. I have added a few more splats to this but it has not dried as yet.
