Celebration Tag

For this tag I stared with the spare piece of Gelli plate background I had left over from the previous card.  I then used a stencil and some clear embossing ink over the background. Before the embossing ink was dry I added some mica powders  (had these for almost 20 years). I stamped the dog image, hat (Tim Holtz) and the sentiment  (don't know) and coloured them with Inktense pencils and a water brush.
