Grungy kitty!

Just want to say a huge thank you for the lovely comments on my painting, really appreciate you taking the time to do so. 

I love these Penny Black cat images, they are just so adorable. This particular Penny Black stamp is on of my favourite.  I stamped the cat image and the sentiment onto white card. The cat and surrounding the sentiment were done with watercolour pencils. The background was made using stencils, inks and paints.  The background was then embossed with one of my new embossing folders. Both the background and the cat were then sprayed with a glitter spray (not showing up in the photo).

I am simply blown away by the background on this card! The combination of techniques is so seamless. Beautiful work and awesome composition. I, too, love Penny Black stamps. I will have to dig in my stash and pull a few out.

You definitely hit this one out of the park!
