Neon cat

Good morning and hope that these lovely bright colours will wake you up! lol I have been playing with my stash of Winsor and Newton Brilliant watercolours this weekend. The background was done with applying Fluorescent green watercolour to watercolour card and let it dry. Then put it through an embossing folder and added several colours of inks to the edges and raised areas. The Tim Holtz kitty was stamped and coloured with watercolour paints and cut out. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of the background card.
