Not sure if you can tell but I loved working with these images. This is one of Beccy Muir's latest release in Beccy's Place Shop called 'Funny Farm'. As with all of her digital sets you get the black and white images , coloured images and sentiments, which makes the price amazing.
Making of the bookmark. It started by printing the b&w image of the pig (from 'Funny Farm set) and sentiment onto white card and coloured with alcohol markers. The background of the bookmark was created with a stencil and several colours of distress inks and distress oxides. This was then cut down and mounted onto the dusky pink card and the metal embellishments added.
Started by printing the b&w image of the cow and sentiment (from Funny Farm set) onto white card. The cow image was then coloured with alcohol markers, die cut and layered onto the mats. The card base was cut and scored (5x7 inches) and used landscape. The other layers were die cut and the blue one embossed with an woodgra:in embossing folder. The topper was attached to the base card one the decorative die was stuck down. The die cut flowers were added at the end.
Printed the horse image and sentiment from the 'Funny Farm set' and coloured it with alcohol markers. Sorry no colour chart for this one, I forgot. oops. Then added a bit of stencil detail to the edges with green distress ink. The base card was created by taking a 5 x 7 inches kraft card and sticking die cuts of foliage from more kraft card onto it. Once this was dry, the horse image and sentiment were added.
Thank you for taking time to visit my blog and leaving a comment. I don't say it enough but it does mean a great deal when you do that.
Have a wonderful day.
