Mid month inspiration

Time for my cards for We Love Chocolate Baroque and Stamping Sensations challenges.

The first card is for We Love Chocolate Baroque challenge  and this theme is ' Beautiful Blooms'. The winner of the challenge will get an A4 set or stamps to the same value from 'Chocolate Baroque'.

For this card I  used the stamped called Medici Flower. The image was stamped twice onto white card. All the flowers were cut out of one and coloured with alcohol markers. The base image was coloured with alcohol markers and watercolours. The flowers were then decoupages on top of the base image.

For the second card. I used the  small rose from the Harlequin Rose set and stamped and cut it out five times. The sentiment was stamped and cut out as well. There were all coloured with alcohol markers. The background was made with a stencil and inks on the Gelli press.

This second card is make for the Stamping Sensations Challenge and the theme is ' For a Lady...'

The lovely sponsor for this month's challenge at Stamping Sensations is Crafty Individuals. The prize is a £25 store voucher for their shop.

For my card I used an old Sassy Designs digital image. The image was printed onto white card and coloured with alcohol markers. Then used a stencil and distress inks around the image. The background is a digital background paper.

Hope you will come and play along.

I can see you are really enjoying using your new CB stamps Anesha, both lovely creation and I use that Rose so often, so versatile.

Your SS creation is also so perfect for a lady.

Two nicely done cards Anesha. I'm especially loving your first one because I love yellow flowers but the second one is so pretty too with the gorgeous image and stenciling done around it!

Two beautiful CB makes - lovely in yellow.
I remember Sassy designs, I have a couple of their digis. Your card is fab with the bubbles adding the the "peaceful" vibe of the card.

What great cards! Last week I was in Stratford -Upon - Avon , Shakepeare's birthpace/ home and the top card really has a rich, almost medieval feel that would not look out of place there!

I love your pretty florals Anesha but my favourite is the yoga lady! I love the stencilled and inked background which seems to go so well with the image. Vicky x
Fantastic designs across the board. What I wouldn't give to be even 1/10th as zenned out as that lovely meditating lady.
