Sometimes life does not go as we would hope. Had a little accident with a deer so grounded for a little while. I am perfectly fine but my car is not. Given me lots of time to do more sewing. Made this dress for the charity 'dress a girl around the world'. Have also made this top with some jersey material I had for a very long time.

Nice seeing more needlework, very much liking the spotty top. I went to Huntingdon this morning as only bank for miles now and it was market day and there was a fabric stall, so unusual these days, even John Lewis don't sell much anymore - do you remember Gordon Thoday fabric store in Cambridge?
