Let's Create and Craft challenge:AG/add flowers

Another month and it's time for another challenge at Stamping Sensations. For this nature challenge Ised u one of my Penny Black wooden stamps. The image was stamped onto watercolour paper and coloured with watercolour paints and then fussy cut. The box was coloured with white paint and once dry added texture paste to the top and sides. Once the texture paste was dry, it was dry brushed with blue metallic paint. Once that was dry I used distress oxide spray over the box. The wooden frame was painted in whie and then metallic blue paint. The backing paper was coloured with the same oxide sprays as the box. The gems were added at the end.

We Love Stamping challenge April : Fav stamps/add lace or ribbon

Prize for the month Stamps from Fairy Hugs

For this month's challenge I decided to use my favourite stamps. I just love this Penny Black wooden stamp and the sentiment stamp which I have had for many years.  I stamped the image onto white card and then coloured it with watercolour paint and then used a stencil and distress inks. Then used a metallic pen to add highlights. Framed the image with handpainted and handcoloured leaves.
