Stamping Sensations challenge: Birds, Bees and Butterflies Two prizes of Lavinia stamps and stencil . (P lease note, we (Lavinia) cannot provide exchanges/replacements/refunds for any products received through this third-party giveaway). For my card I used a butterfly stamp for Sheena Douglas. The butterflies were stamped and coloured with watercolours paints and then cut out. The background was made by using watercolour paints and then embossed using an embossing folder. Stamping Sensations May challenge:Feminine Prize this month :John Next Door stamp and dies from Grafton Crafts , a well stocked bricks and mortar and on line shop offering fee p&p on all orders over £15 This is always a special month for me as it' s my birthday month! 😁😁😁 You are being asked to create something feminine, for May. I must admit, I was a little stuck with this theme, but then thought pink must be associated with femininity. Started with a blank sheet of white card and then using a brayer add Distress inks in fired brick, worn lipstick, tattered rose and spun sugar. Then did cut the background with a Carnation Crafts die and then ebossed it with an embosing folder. Then stamped the main image from Beccy's Place: Cherry Blossom stamp set and then the individual flowers. Playing with dies

Hope you had a really blessed Easter. Remember He is Risen and we are all blessed because of it. Decided to treat myself to a bit of person crafting. Started with making a background using normal watercolour paints and glimmer watercolour paints. Then used some dies which I have not used before and some that have been in my stash for a long time. Added colour to the flowers and center piece with PanPastel. Used brown ink to stamp the sentiment and edge the background.
