Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping challenges

Time for a new challenge at Stamping Sensations challenge: Inspired by Nature.

Two prizes, $20 Gina K voucher and A&C stamp set

I have decided, for this card, to use some of my older stamps. The flowers and butterfly stamps are Hero Arts. The background stamp is Inky Doodles (no longer around).
The background was stamped with green dye ink. I then stamped three of the images from the Hero arts set and coloured them with alcohol markers. They were cut out and added to the backgrond. The sentiment stamp (Tim Holtz) was then stamped at the base.

We Love Stamping Challenge: Spring

Two prizes of Lavinia stamps

Spring, brings up the anticipation of Easter for me. It is such a special time of the year when,  for those of us who believe, JESUS gave his life for us.
I bought this wooden stamp by Penny Black way back in the 90's and still love it. The image was stamped onto white card and coloured with alcohol markers. It was then fussy cut. The background image is from Inky Doodles.
Can't wait to see your Spring inspirations.

I echo what everyone else has already stated Anesha, beautiful cards. The first looks so impressive with it's layered design the flowers look so luscious. The composition of the card with the cross is a so cleverly designed, a beautiful creation. Thank you for the inspiration. Tracey xx
